Our General Yoga Courses include a combination of

strengthening and softening poses, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and relaxation.

These yoga courses enable you to develop a regular commitment to your yoga practice through a 12 week program.

Notice your improvement in flexibility, strength and calmer mind.

Places are limited to 5 students per class. All levels catered for.
